A Bit More About Who We Are!

In our last blog we talked about the services that Home Shoot Home offers to the film industry in Southern California. In this blog we will go a bit more in detail about various properties that are available for filming as well as some of the features of our website.

The Home Shoot Home website is essentially a photo gallery for scouts, managers and agents who are looking for a location to fit the overall needs of their project. To ensure that individuals know exactly what the property looks like, the features of the property have been photographed extensively.

Our properties are broken into three main categories: Great Kitchens, Residential Properties and Commercial Properties. Our residential properties have sub categories of kitchens, living rooms, dinning rooms, offices, basements, hallways etcetera, this allows individuals to directly search for the location within the home that is desired. For residential properties, each one has been categorized for their specific architectural style such as: Americana One Story, Americana Two Story, Contemporary, Craftsmen, European Styles etcetera. For commercial properties available, individuals are able to search by type of property, including but not limited to: apartment buildings, auto repair shops, boxing rings, bars, schools and churches.

In addition to the multiple photographs that are available, individuals are able to select specific features that they are interested in. For example, if the project requires a kitchen, it is obvious that kitchens can come with an array of features.  Well, what if your project requires a kitchen that looks out over the backyard or has an island? These are all sub features that can be selected to narrow down your search options which will not only cut down on the time that it takes to find a property that fits the needs of your project, but it will also allow you to explore various location options.

We hope that you enjoy the many locations and features that our website allows you to explore. And as always, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

Welcome to the Home Shoot Home Blog!

Welcome to the official blog for Home Shoot Home! My name is Julie Hadduck; and I am thrilled to be working with Home Shoot Home. In our first blog we will explain who we are, and in future blogs we will discuss various properties and films that Home Shoot Home has been a part of!

Home Shoot Home is a very distinctive company that features homes and commercial properties that are available for filming in Altadena, Pasadena, South Pasadena as well as in the foothill communities of the San Gabriel Valley. After years of working as a location manager, Russ Fega saw a need for a company that would be able to offer managers and scouts a wide variety of locations and properties to choose from. Home Shoot Home came into existence because of this growing need in the film industry.

What sets Home Shoot Home apart from other location companies is the extensive and detailed cataloging of each property and facility. Our goal at Home Shoot Home is to make it as easy as possible for you to determine if a property will suit your specific project requirements. The Home Shoot Home website allows individuals to search for specific locations as well as various types of architecture and construction, therefore making it as simple and easy as possible for you to find a location that fits your needs.

Once you find a property that you are interested in, simply call or email Home Shoot Home with the details of the project. In turn, Home Shoot Home will then contact the home or business owner to determine if the owner is interested in pursuing things further. If they are interested, Home Shoot Home will assist with any ongoing communication between you and the property owner. We have found that this method can be completed with ease and allows managers and scouts to find reasonably priced options for their filming projects.

Thank you for taking the time to visit our blog. Please check back for updates from Home Shoot Home!
